We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target. As a team member, you will be part of a fun and energetic environment where you will provide excellent guest service, stock and sell Target products, and work efficiently as part of a team.
Job Details:
- Starting hourly rate: $17.50 USD per hour
- Pay range: $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet business priorities and sales goals
- Adapt to current technology needs and learn new skills
- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders and scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
