Senior Software Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities:

• Design and develop new web applications or APIs for projects in Channel (Branch and Contact Centre) and support business growth through effective application of new technologies in digital staff tablet, conversational banking, and omni-channel customer experience.
• Conduct quality reviews for junior developers.
• Deploy, support, and maintain existing applications and infrastructure.
• Document all program design, logic, and test cases.
• Regular qualification and testing of software/microcode for security, big fixes, new features, and functionality.
• Work with an Agile mentality, rapidly delivering iterated features and components through the solution development lifecycle.
• Focus on developing automation and orchestration tooling to reduce manual interaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years' experience as a web application (React) or API (Spring Boot) developer.
• Experience in projects on Cloud.
• Experience in AI-assisted development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Expertise in coding principles and best practices.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure, dealing with competing priorities.
• Must keep pace with technology and industry developments.
• Must be able to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive appropriate outcomes.
