Warehouse Operations Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and upward mobility within the client's organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counting and sticker/label application
• Construct coolers and prepare supplies
• Manage supplies and dispose of waste following GMP processes
• Stage materials for destruction and receive supplies
• Work on special projects and assist with Special Security Substances (SSS) inventories

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Experience with inventory management, particularly in clinical trials or pharmaceuticals
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical ability to operate forklifts and cherry pickers (with training)
• Ability to bend, lift 50 pounds, and stand for 8 hours daily
• High school diploma and basic computer skills
• Productivity with minimal supervision and proficiency in inventory software
