Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Preston Deepdale, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued
- Confidently recommending and selling new food products
- Thriving in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
Work Pattern:
- Sunday 0600-1000
- Thursday 0600-1000
- Saturday 0600-1000
Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
