Dealer Services Analyst-Commercial

Ford Credit is seeking a Dealer Services Analyst-Commercial to analyze, investigate, and make decisions on loan applications for the contiguous United States.

The successful candidate will handle calls and collaborate on loan applications with Ford dealers and Lincoln retailers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and make decisions on automotive loan applications submitted to Ford Credit
• Understand divisional financing plans, programs, and requirements, and adhere to policy and procedure
• Analyze applications to determine investigation needs, including for potential fraud or misrepresentation
• Promote the value of Ford Motor Company and Ford Credit products and services
• Maintain a sales and relationship mindset to ensure high levels of dealer and customer satisfaction
• Support diversity initiatives by understanding, respecting, and valuing differences
• Show team spirit by respecting the needs of others, offering to help, and being flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration or related business degree
• Basic understanding of consumer and/or commercial credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, with high organization and time management
• Analytical and quick decision-making skills
• Interpersonal skills, including adaptability in communication style
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Ability to travel as needed, up to two weeks per year
• Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity and a quiet workspace for remote work

Salary

• Salary grade 5: $65,100 - $109,300 per year
