Description
As an Express Store Manager in one of Asda's Express stores, you will lead a small team to drive sales, set standards, and deliver Key Results Areas (KRAs).
You'll be responsible for maintaining morale, creating an operational environment that encourages customer loyalty, and supporting Asda's pricing strategy while keeping costs low.
The role involves working on a rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights.
To succeed, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, and possess strong leadership and people skills.
As part of the leadership team, you'll also focus on talent spotting and supporting team members' development.
