Sales Department Support Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Department Support Assistant to provide support to the Sales department staff with various recurrent and ad-hoc tasks. You will contribute to the business development in the region, working in collaboration with all importers of Porsche Latin America and consistently strive for continuous improvement in the sales processes and key performance indicators.

The role involves:

• Supporting Regional Sales Managers with regular tasks such as Pre-Owned Sales, Porsche Approved Sales, Car Sales/Porsche Finder inventory tool management, and general ticket support
• Gathering data for sales meetings and importer/dealer market visits, generating sales KPI dashboards
• Creating monthly reports for key Sales KPIs, including Demo cars utilization, Test Drives, Sales Funnel, Customer Excitement Score, Pre-Owned Cockpit, and Porsche Approved
• Supporting Regional Sales Managers in extracting and reporting data from systems such as BIC, PVMS, PDSR, and developing ad-hoc reports and tools
• Assisting with the application and tracking of sales incentive programs and ensuring timely processing of all documentation required by PAG
• Maintaining PPN space for the Sales Team
• Providing assistance to 15 importers and dealers in 22 countries with their requests and inquiries.

The hourly range for this role is $18/hr-$20/hr. This is a contract position from February 2027 to February 2028.
