In this role, you will create tailor-made experiences and personalized makeover services that foster long-lasting relationships with clients. By sharing beauty trends and Chanel makeup techniques, you inspire clients to explore Chanel makeup products. Your contributions will support sales targets and enhance client retention and engagement.
As a Chanel Ambassador, you will educate and inspire clients, enriching their experience with Chanel makeup products. You will co-create stories with clients, merging the brand's culture with personal narratives to craft unique moments. Additionally, you thrive on sharing best practices and contributing to the team's collective makeup knowledge.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A constant stylish and professional image, serving as a role model for Beauty Advisors.
- Knowledge in beauty and makeup culture and trends.
- Strong storytelling capability and the ability to engage and inspire others.
- A proactive, self-learning attitude and influence in makeup practices.
- Professional knowledge, preferably with ISIPCA training or an equivalent certificate.
