Senior Director, Executive Compensation

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Director, Executive Compensation to shape executive compensation programs that support its mission and reinforce its commitment to creativity, inclusion, and positive play. The successful candidate will report to the VP Total Rewards and guide the design, governance, and administration of executive compensation across global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and enhance EA's incentive compensation programs incorporating public and private entity strategies and designs
• Lead the design of governance and operating model processes for executive compensation
• Oversee long-term incentive program design and develop approaches that support EA's businesses
• Develop training, communications, and status updates for program participants and leaders
• Partner with Finance on forecasting and performance measures, and manage program operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated executive compensation programs

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in executive compensation, incentives, or related areas within complex, global organizations
• 8+ years of experience designing, governing, and administering executive compensation programs
• 8+ years of experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Proven experience delivering complex compensation insights to executive audiences with strong financial acumen
