Description
CoreWeave is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Treasury Operations function. The successful candidate will drive a disciplined approach to cash management and liquidity planning, enhance and scale capabilities, and partner with various stakeholders to support the company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and support strategic Treasury initiatives, including international expansion, capital planning, and systems implementations
- Set strategy across various Treasury initiatives through a transparent process
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes in Treasury areas, including global cash management and risk management
- Lead daily cash operations to efficiently fund operating accounts and execute payments
- Influence bank account structure to maximize yields and minimize costs
- Support SOX and compliance testing and reporting requirements
- Negotiate collateral support workflows with internal and external partners
- Demonstrate high level of ownership while leading various initiatives and operational workflows
- Mentor junior team members to become future leaders
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical banking and cash management issues
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance
- Demonstrated experience leading high-priority Treasury initiatives and workstreams
- Mastery of Excel with excellent modeling and data manipulation skills
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
- Proficiency in software and system skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERPs, and TMS systems
