Description
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Program Manager to lead a team supporting Ford's vehicle programs. This role drives sourcing execution, cost performance, launch readiness, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program delivery.
As a member of the Supply Chain Program Team, you will lead a team of Supply Chain Program Buyers and collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, MP&L, Planning, and Purchasing organizations to achieve program timing, cost, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Program Buyers responsible for supporting vehicle program sourcing activities.
- Drive sourcing execution to support program timing, cost, quality, and launch readiness objectives.
- Monitor program deliverables and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues impacting program performance.
- Support competitive material cost delivery through collaboration with commodity teams and suppliers.
- Lead program reviews and provide updates on sourcing status, risks, opportunities, and key milestones.
- Conduct program analyses and assessments, including localization studies, sourcing evaluations, and business case support.
- Ensure compliance with USMCA, EU7, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support successful vehicle program execution.
- Build effective working relationships across Purchasing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Planning, and MP&L organizations.
- Lead onboarding, coaching, and development activities for team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the Supply Chain Program organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Commodity Management, Program Management, or a related function within a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading projects, cross-functional teams, or program activities with responsibility for delivering business results.
- Experience supporting sourcing activities, product launches, or program management initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and drive execution in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decision-making.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and collaborate across organizations.
- Demonstrated experience developing talent, coaching team members, or leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
