Description
Aramco is seeking a Static Mechanical Engineer to join the Jafurah Gas Plant Engineering Division. As a Static Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for handling static and piping activities such as studies and design modification in the operating facilities. Your primary role is to optimize operations and implement them accordingly. You will provide technical direction/support to in-kingdom and out-kingdom design contractors, formulate and implement long-term strategies to improve operations and reduce costs, lead groups of engineers in normal operations of existing plants, participate in standards reviews, and perform management of change (MOC). You will also verify system operations and performance after implementing recommendations, provide day-to-day technical support to operation and maintenance teams, and handle static and piping activities such as studies and design modification in the operating facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and approved program with Static equipment specialty, 10-15 years of experience in Static Mechanical Engineering, and confident with engineering and design principles related to static and piping engineering. Experience or certification in CAESAR II software is a non-negotiable requirement.
