Wealth Product Proposition and Platforms Manager

International Wealth and Premier Banking is seeking a Wealth Product Proposition and Platforms Manager to join our team in Taipei. As a key role in our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring HSBC's wealth management strategy is well-established by initiating product strategy, driving wealth management platform development, and increasing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding and interpreting customer needs and business information to make high-quality and timely strategic decisions
• Driving wealth management profitability and market growth through integrated strategies and projects
• Growing wealth management customers by providing leading product solutions, proposition communication, and technology platforms with the best customer journey and experience
• Managing and implementing projects to meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements efficiently and effectively
• Providing the best wealth solutions to customers with balanced portfolios
• Assisting frontline teams to grow wealth business by providing support
• Overseeing wealth operation efficiency and quality
• Supervising and ensuring wealth business fully complies with regulations and group guidelines

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Proven track record in the financial industry with strong wealth knowledge
• Proven ability to achieve business targets and project management with a sound track record
• Proven business judgement and customer insight
• Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, wealth solutions, and understanding of current financial market activities
• Strong leadership and teamwork capability
• Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations
• Good English communication, MS Excel skills, MS PowerPoint skills
• Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese
• Trust L4 License (0~3M)
• GPAD covered
