Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will interpret physician referrals and complete evaluations utilizing appropriate methods. You will establish a plan of care, implement individual treatment, monitor and evaluate outcomes, and adjust the treatment plan as needed. You will also communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimum care for patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain site/department established productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, and squat throughout the workday
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 10 lbs. from waist to overhead
  • Perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with a second person present
