Customer-Facing Solution Architect

NVIDIA's Munich Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is part of a global network that provides an exclusive world-class experience to guests through demos served by experts, to discover how artificial intelligence and accelerated computing is transforming every industry.

We are looking for a customer-facing solution architect to be part of the EBC team in Munich. The role involves contributing to developing technical demos and content, showcasing NVIDIA's leading-edge software and hardware technologies, and supporting the EBC team and business and technical leaders in preparing guest briefings.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to developing technical demos and technical content
• Showcase NVIDIA's leading-edge software and hardware technologies across industries
• Support the EBC team, business and technical leaders in preparing guest briefings
• Connect NVIDIA products and GPU-accelerated solutions with guest's business
• Give onsite demos, present technical challenges, and provide guidance
• Deliver trainings, hackathons, and presentations on NVIDIA solutions and platforms
• Engage in in-depth discussions with partners and customers around NVIDIA strategies and innovations
• Ensure customer satisfaction during EBC briefings

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, engineering, scientific computing, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in AI, ML, DL, NLP, and/or Generative AI, using accelerated computing solutions
• Good programming skills (Python and/or C/C++)
• Understanding of data center components, infrastructure
• Customer-service relevant experience
• Outgoing personality, speaks with clarity and conciseness
• Strong language skills, fluent in both German and English
• Experienced speaker at international venues, conferences, workshops
