Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team at PT Solutions in Marietta, Georgia. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab cases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000/year
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available in select locations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
