Description
We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our APAC Risk Team. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for executing the DWS FE Taiwan risk strategy, establishing and maintaining a robust risk management framework, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Execution lead on DWS FE Taiwan risk strategy
- Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework
- Ensure Risk Management Policies and Processes are aligned with regulatory requirements
- Manage projects in line with DWS Risk's functional requirements
- Support decision-making and approval processes around risk
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk type-specific governance frameworks
- Assess investment targets on their profile
- Maintain a consistent, robust, and reliable asset valuation governance process
- Assist APAC CRO with regional risk monitoring activities
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably with a focus on Statistics / Finance / Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Qualified as associated person of securities investment trust and consulting enterprises / senior securities specialist / securities investment analyst
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, related risk factors, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with local regulatory frameworks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication of English & Chinese language
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools
