Pelvic Physical Therapist - Outpatient Women's Care

We are seeking a skilled Pelvic Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Women's Care team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Full-time employee, you will work 40 hours per week, rotating between locations including Morehead Medical Plaza, Arboretum, and Ballantyne. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients, developing care plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to help patients achieve their functional goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create personalised care plans
• Provide evidence-based interventions to help patients achieve their goals
• Document patient evaluations, progress, and discharge notes
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy
• Basic Life Support certification
• Experience in pelvic physical therapy

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift patients, equipment, or supplies up to 50 pounds
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking required
• Occasional climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, bending, crouching, crawling, and reaching overhead

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, depending on the practice
