Assistant, New Talent Development

We are seeking an Assistant for our New Talent Development team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation and execution of new talent development plans and goals
• Operate new sales and client management platforms
• Organise and implement new talent training programmes
• Maintain and promote the new talent honour system, and share best practice case studies
• Supervise and empower new talent teams
• Develop internal and external training instructors for new talent
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report potential business risks
• Perform temporary tasks assigned by supervisors as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, management, or insurance
• At least 2 years of industry experience for assistant roles, 3+ years for specialist roles, and 5+ years for senior specialist roles
• Experience in life insurance training preferred
• Strong language and writing skills, data analysis, and project management abilities
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Proficient in Office software, including Word, PPT, and Excel
