Description
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.
You'll work part-time on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings from 18:00-22:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and contribute to a positive in-store environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
- Adapting to changing demands in the retail environment
