Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Acorn Park Crawley Simply Food. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working early mornings to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing stock and deliveries
- Performing vital behind-the-scenes work
- Working across the wider store where needed
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store
Requirements:
- Digital confidence
- Flexibility to work early mornings and across the store
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Pattern:
- Sunday: 04:30-08:30
- Friday: 03:00-07:00
- Saturday: 03:00-07:00
Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. A + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
