Sales Activator

As a Sales Activator with Red Bull in Winnipeg, you will be responsible for driving excellent trade execution throughout your market, in partnership with the local Distribution Partner.

Your main priorities will include:

• Executing long-term sales drivers in key retail and impulse accounts
• Securing distribution of Red Bull in new accounts across all channels
• Implementing merchandising standards and tracking KPI execution
• Coordinating with the local distribution partner to ensure flawless execution

Key areas of focus will be:

• Execution: Driving Red Bull Perfect Store conditions, executing new account openings, and increasing in-store presence
• Planning: Effectively planning your schedule, communicating with DP field personnel, and initiating plans to drive KPI execution
• Consultative: Leveraging data to drive insights, acting as a trusted advisor to key customers, and communicating regularly with internal teams and the DP

Requirements include:

• Outstanding sales experience and track record in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage Preferred), with at least 3 years of experience
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate distribution partners with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong communicator and motivator, excellent negotiator and influencer
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• University – Bachelor’s Degree preferred, valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record, and fluency in English
