Description
We are seeking a Security Engineer, VP to join our team at DWS Group in Madrid.
As a Security Engineer, VP, you will engineer and implement scalable security controls that enable the secure adoption of AI across the firm. You will be a key member of our AI Security Team and report into the DWS CSO AI Security CoE Lead.
Your responsibilities include:
- Engineering and integrating AI security guardrails, gateways, logging, monitoring, and controls
- Building automated security evaluations and testing harnesses
- Integrating AI security controls into APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
- Supporting secure deployment and monitoring of LLM, RAG, and agentic applications
- Developing tooling and automation to scale the AI Security CoE
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of security engineering, DevSecOps, application security, cloud security, or vulnerability management engineering experience, with recent experience supporting AI/ML or GenAI solutions
- Strong Python, API, CI/CD, cloud, automation, logging, and security-tool integration skills
- Experience automating vulnerability discovery, validation, prioritization, remediation workflows, and continuous security testing, with the ability to apply these practices to emerging AI attack surfaces
- Working knowledge of LLM, RAG, agentic AI, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and AI security telemetry
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
