Service Assistant/Host (m/w/d) for our Porsche Centre
As a Service Assistant/Host (m/w/d) at the Porsche Centre, you will ensure a first-class first impression with friendliness, attention, and professionalism.
You will personally and telephonically receive our customers and take care of a smooth process in the service area.
Together with the service team, you will plan appointments, coordinate the daily schedule, and always keep an overview of customer wishes, contacts, and order status.
You will create a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area, provide refreshments, and present the Porsche brand in a stylish way.
In doing so, you act as a central interface between service, sales, and parts service and ensure that all relevant information is quickly and specifically passed on.
You will also inform our customers about current offers and services and support administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data, preparing appointments, and creating service invoices.
You will take care of replacement vehicles, accompany vehicle handover, and conduct satisfaction telephone calls. You will also actively participate in marketing actions and the sale of Porsche lifestyle products.
Requirements
- You have certification as a Service Assistant (m/w/d).
- Your professional experience in the front office or direct customer contact, ideally also in the hotel industry, makes you a pro in dealing with customers.
- You also have good knowledge of MS Office.
- You are characterised by very good manners and a sympathetic and customer-oriented appearance.
- Your communication ability is pronounced, and you prove social competence in contact with different conversation partners.
- Your enthusiasm and passion for the Porsche brand are unmistakable.
- Independence and a high degree of initiative belong to your strengths.
- You also have an above-average service and performance readiness as well as high resilience, which benefits you in a demanding environment.
