Manager, Platform Delivery and Support

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Manager, Platform Delivery and Support to provide ServiceNow platform expertise and solution advisory services across GIT Operations. The successful candidate will design, develop and deliver governed ITSM and ITOM capabilities, configurations, integrations and automation that support service insourcing, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the design, development, testing and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM capabilities
• Ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver measurable operational value
• Managing and optimizing ServiceNow platform configurations
• Designing and maintaining ServiceNow dashboards and reporting solutions
• Maintaining platform quality, security and release management
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide expert ServiceNow guidance
• Producing and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform delivery, solution design, development, implementation, or administration
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM capabilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• ServiceNow certification in one or more relevant disciplines
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
