Senior Manager, Large Customer Sales (Entertainment)

Reddit is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team within the Entertainment vertical of our Large Customer Sales organisation. You will lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the fast-growing Reddit platform.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Talent Development: Actively coach, develop and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers. Manage a high-performing team by recruiting and retaining top talent, while balancing resources efficiently.
• Cross-functional Partnerships: Represent the interests of Entertainment internally by promoting sales narratives and initiatives that align with client needs. Collaborate with XFN sales and marketing teams to advocate for the needs of your team and their clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Generate revenue growth by expanding partnerships with some of the world's largest brands. Navigate large partnerships that include multiple lines of business, brands, and priorities.
• Business Strategy: Craft and execute a strategy that will enable your team to exceed revenue targets for their book of business. Advise sales leadership and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years experience in digital media sales and/or marketing
• 3+ years of people management experience within sales
• Expert in digital media with an emphasis on paid social
• Genuine passion for mentoring others with a track record of successfully fostering career growth for those on your team
• Experience navigating complex organisations and engaging with executive-level Entertainment stakeholders
