Working as a Beauty Studio Advisor at Target means being part of a team that brings a personalised beauty experience to customers. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing beauty expertise, and making product recommendations to customers.
As a Beauty Studio Advisor, your typical day will involve:
- Greeting customers and providing a personalised shopping experience
- Offering product demonstrations and beauty advice
- Helping customers find products that suit their needs and preferences
- Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
- Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on new products and industry trends
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a passion for beauty and skincare products
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Be willing to learn and develop new skills
In terms of requirements, we are looking for someone with:
- 12+ months of previous beauty retail experience (although not essential)
- Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
