System Architect, Network Adapters

We are seeking an exceptional System Architect to join our Network Adapters HW team. As a Senior System Architect, you will define the detailed system architecture for our network adapter products, considering factors such as cost, performance, power consumption, thermal management, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SW/FW architects to tailor the HW design architecture
• Serve as a focal point for interface definitions and co-design optimizations with other system architects
• Lead HW SKU optimization with product teams
• Define DFT features with the product engineering team
• Develop new cross-org methodologies for improved HW-SW co-designs
• Contribute to defining system-level features in next-gen silicon
• Present new solutions to lead customers
• Participate in cost optimization solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in system HW design, including new product definition and execution to mass production
• BS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in high-performance server design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including customer-facing communication
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
• Action-driven with strong analytical skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven experience in system architecture (HW and FW)
• Experience with high-speed networking solutions
• Knowledge of PCIe CEM and Pluggable interconnect specifications
