Project Manager

Join Accenture as a Project Manager and help transform leading organizations and communities around the world. You will oversee end-to-end project management to ensure on-time delivery, within defined scope and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure on-time delivery, within defined scope and budget
• Coordinate and align internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution
• Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams in system implementation projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and performance
• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex project risks and issues in a timely manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in system implementation projects, preferably within IT consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex system implementation projects involving several thousand man-days
• Experience managing ERP/ Finance System projects is a plus
• Strong background in project management, solution planning, and project delivery
• Proficient in both traditional Waterfall and modern Agile/iterative methodologies
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PSM, or CSM are preferred
