Description
As a Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will be part of a fast-growing company that provides a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform for SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants.
You will grow with an ownership mindset, taking on real problems, creating tangible solutions, and driving results that move the needle for ShipBob, its merchants, and your own professional growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving: accepting and processing new inventory, communicating arrivals and exceptions
- Picking: delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately
- Packing: ensuring the quality of each shipment, packing items correctly
- Other duties as required: helping out in other areas to ensure efficient operations
You will also be responsible for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
- Detail-oriented, able to adapt to change quickly
- Previous warehouse experience not required
- Must be 18 or older
