Sector Manager GMS (Striker)

We are looking for a Sector Manager GMS (Striker) to develop sales volume and revenue in your geographic area, while adhering to the company's commercial policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of commercial policy in your sector
• Plan and execute daily visits to retail stores using the Drive tool
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Optimize product placement and promotions in-store
• Manage and train external sales teams
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of GMS (retail industry)
• Negotiation skills
• Mastery of distribution networks and supply methods
• Understanding of management software
• Commercial training (Bac+2 to Bac+4/5)
• Driving license (Permis B)

What We Offer:

• Annual gross salary: 35,000 to 40,000 euros (13 months)
• Variable bonus
