Description
WSP is seeking a Vice President, Construction Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in the San Francisco bay area.
You will provide expert critical path method scheduling using Primavera to support clients' programs, including design and construction rail transit projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop integrated program schedules based on input from designers, contractors, and third parties.
- Assess and recommend solutions to resolve schedule issues, scope changes, or delays for the project team and executive management.
- Coordinate with project teams to evaluate reporting, identify risks, and create accurate forecasts.
- Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple projects.
- Establish baseline schedules, review periodic CPM updates, and perform earned value analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- 12 years of experience in construction scheduling for large programs.
- Experience with large-scale tunneling and metro/transit infrastructure projects.
- Expertise with critical path method analysis and Primavera.
- Project financial forecasting skills.
- Experience with change order analysis, time impact analysis, and forensic schedule analysis.

Compensation: $230,750-$290,080 per year
