We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $16.25 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations.

- Seasonal General Merchandise Expert
- Seasonal Fulfillment Expert
- Seasonal Style Consultant
- Seasonal Inbound Expert
- Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert
- Seasonal Tech Consultant
In these roles, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Be able to climb up and down ladders and scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
