Senior Product Manager - FinTech

We are looking for a seasoned product manager who will take charge of transforming our entire quote to cash process, providing leadership, communication and accountability for successful delivery.

You will:

• Own and manage a set of key products in the Quote to Cash lifecycle, directly impacting our various Partners around the world.
• Work horizontally with disparate groups like Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence and external vendors.
• Span timescales, servicing short-term deliverables, medium-term ones like migrating billing processes, and longer-term ones like a full ERP implementation.
• Span domains, publishing roadmaps and being responsive to the interrupt-driven nature of the business.
• Commit to quality, ensuring an accurate picture of revenue and service of our customers.
• Communicate and collaborate with other teams, influencing through persuasion.
• Represent Cloudflare, speaking with largest customers about their concerns and plans in the billing domain.
• Provide and demand accountability for delivery of commitments.

Some of the domains you will touch include: Billing, Invoicing, Sales & Opportunity management, Credit & Collections, Pricing & Quoting, Contract & Entitlement Management, Partners & Resellers, Taxation, Bad debt, BI Reporting, ERP Implementation.

Desirable skills include:

• Demonstrated success delivering technology solutions in the Billing space
• Knowledge of best practices for fintech, financial reporting, compliance or other similar domain at a SaaS company
• Experience managing customer-facing products focused on global payments, tax, checkout, invoicing, and other quote to cash activities

Bonus points for:

• Internet native companies experience
• Engineering fluency
• Finance fluency
• Understanding of how the Internet works at layers 2 through 7
