Recruiter, Communications

Anthropic is looking for a Recruiter to partner with its Communications team, which tells Anthropic's story across corporate, product, executive, and internal communications.

The successful candidate will be the team's primary recruiter, owning searches from intake through offer, and advising leaders on talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing senior, hard-to-fill roles
• Understanding of the communications field and ability to identify top talent
• Creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
• Building trust with senior leaders and providing data-driven recommendations
• Running a high-touch recruitment process that respects candidates' time
• Turning hiring data into actionable insights
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment with executive and confidential searches

Strong candidates may also have:

• Experience hiring for high-growth technology companies
• Network across media, agency, and in-house communications talent
• Executive hiring experience
• Familiarity with AI tools in recruiting

The annual compensation range for this role is $240,000-$295,000 USD.
