Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Organisational Change Management (OCM) team. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead change management work packages in client projects, collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders, and represent project results. You will also contribute to the continuous development of our change management methodologies and participate in sales activities.
Our team works with large global companies to plan and implement technology-driven change. We focus on change management, training, and coaching services to make change tangible for people in organisations and enable successful transformation in a rapidly changing digital world.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in change management, including knowledge of common change management methods and approaches
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are beneficial in our international work environment
- Practical experience in change management projects, ideally in large, multinational projects in a consulting context, with a focus on IT-driven change
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Agile working methods and practices
- Training and coaching experience
- Practical work experience in one or more industries
- Experience in creating and presenting consulting proposals
- Self-motivated work in a matrix team structure
