Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser) - Karlsruhe

We are seeking a Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser) to join our team in Karlsruhe. As a Field Sales Activator, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products to customers in the retail, petrol station, and gaming industries.

Job Overview You will work independently in the field, visiting customers and ensuring that our products are well-represented in stores. You will also be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Present the Red Bull brand in its best light at customer outlets
• Implement and execute national key account agreements
• Ensure sufficient stock levels and distribution at all points of sale
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution
• Collaborate with Field Sales Managers on promotional activities and agreements

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Fluent German language skills
• Basic knowledge of commercial topics
• Experience in the German FMCG industry is beneficial but not required
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
