Lead Engineer Thermal Management Systems

We are seeking a Lead Engineer Thermal Management Systems to join our team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading development teams in the field of thermal management and HVAC. You will also be the technical lead for customer projects, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development teams in thermal management and HVAC
• Take overall technical responsibility for customer projects, including quality, deadlines, and budget
• Create and approve technical concepts, support calculations, effort estimates, and proposals
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders
• Assess technical risks and develop suitable solution strategies
• Continuously develop methods, standards, and best practices in thermal systems

Requirements:

• Completed studies in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in developing thermal systems and HVAC solutions in the automotive environment
• Experience in technical leadership or project responsibility
• Strong customer orientation and confident demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Excellent German and English language skills
