Field Service Power Generation Technician

We are seeking a Field Service Power Generation Technician to join our team. As a technical specialist and primary customer support contact, you will diagnose and execute complex repairs to generators and components at the customer's site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain productive customer relations, ensuring prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
• Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer sites
• Perform preventative maintenance activities according to documented schedules and standards on power generation products in the field
• Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisors
• Coach and develop technicians and apprentices, transferring knowledge and experience to others
• Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims
• Maintain service vehicles and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation

Salary Range:

• Min Salary: $65,600
