Description
We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier) to join our team on an on-demand basis. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
The starting hourly rate is $18.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.
As an on-demand team member, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and pick up shifts that work best for you. However, you will be required to be actively engaged and pick up shifts at least once every 4 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth shopping experience for guests
- Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including stocking supplies and gathering abandoned items
- Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritises the guest service experience
