Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Mortgage Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring customers via self-generated leads or all channels/resources, acquiring HML drawdown according to FRP plan, delivering fair outcomes for our customers, and ensuring own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets. This role is a branch level role and also requires taking on branch duties if required.
To be successful in the role, you should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, above 3 years of experience in HML business, full knowledge of relevant IWPB products, policies, regulations, and laws, good knowledge of the local property market, enhanced sales skills and channel development skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
