FBS Recruiter

Our Client is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-quality talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver effective staffing solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute all recruiting systems as directed by management
• Administer the agent referral program
• Track and document recruiting activities using designated systems
• Screen, interview, and assess agent candidates using company-approved methods
• Build and maintain networking sources and centres of influence
• Participate in career fairs, seminars, and professional organisations
• Implement passive recruiting strategies including internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling
• Recommend improvements to recruiting and selection processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience
• Compensation fundamentals
• Labour market knowledge
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English Proficiency

Systems & Tools:

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): 1–3 years
• Microsoft Excel: 1–3 years

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
