Description
We are seeking an AI Test and Lab Engineer to join our team in Chippewa Falls, WI. As an AI Test and Lab Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and arranging the labor, schedules, equipment, and diagnostics required for testing and evaluating both standard and special devices.
Responsibilities:
- Design engineering solutions to test and evaluate systems, equipment, and devices based on established engineering principles and in accordance with provided specifications and requirements.
- Develop and implement test plans, schedules, and requirements for all portions of new and existing designs.
- Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and outsourced testing and development partners regarding testing status, project progress, test results, and issue resolution.
- Lead a project team of other test engineers and internal and outsourced testing partners to develop and execute reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality test solutions for moderately complex products.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Typically, 4-6 years' experience in thermal, power cooling, technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of material properties and hardware and electrical component design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
