Join M&S as a Customer Assistant at Fosse Park Shopping Centre, Leicester, working part-time with flexible hours including Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
As a Customer Assistant, you will be at the frontline of M&S, providing five-star service, selling products, and enhancing the customer experience using digital tools.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilize digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Working Hours:
- Sunday: 12:30-16:30
- Friday: 18:00-22:00
- Saturday: 18:00-22:00
Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
