Description
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team at Churchill Square Shopping Centre in Brighton. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers in person, by telephone, and by email. You will provide information and assistance with various aspects of the shopping centre, including facilities, retailers, car parking, and events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Managing the Collect Plus service desk
- Promoting and selling Gift Cards
- Processing card payments and maintaining records of sales and transactions
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Dealing with lost and found property
- Reporting defects and spillages within the centre

The position is part-time, working an average of 25.5 hours per week, on a four-on-four-off rolling rota, at £13.88 per hour. Annual leave is calculated on a pro-rata basis, including public holidays.
