Warehouse Supervisor

The Paris Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) is one of three Canadian PDCs that receives and distributes thousands of automotive service parts to Ford dealers across Canada.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and manage unionized hourly personnel, carry out company policies, and focus on safety, cleanliness, quality, cost, and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading unionized personnel and administering company policies
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met
• Managing daily labor hour requirements and resource allocation
• Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Overseeing material handling functions and ensuring proper material flow

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent
• Experience in assigning work to unionized workers and holding them accountable
• Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, rotating shifts, and weekends

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Operations, Transportation & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment with a unionized workforce
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, safety, and MP&L
• Microsoft Office skills
• Leadership and communication skills
