FRV Team Member

We are seeking a Freight Rate Verification Analyst to join our team in Chennai, India. As a FRV Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of freight invoices, contracts, and rate agreements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify freight invoices for payment, including rate and service verification
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to carriers and establish/maintain relationships with vendors
• Meet payment deadlines and manage multiple queries and data requests
• Collaborate with location partners, other departments, and vendors
• Prepare monthly and daily metrics, statements of account reconciliations, and data presentations
• Provide support for MCRP and PWC/GAO audits

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Commerce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
