Customer care officer

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for a Customer Care Officer to ensure high satisfaction and increased revenue through building and maintaining effective relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and goals for account development and management
• Serve as primary interface for accounts, providing day-to-day support and advice
• Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities
• May be involved in acquiring new accounts
