Description
Sportradar is seeking a Technical Success Manager to join the Media group supporting Sportradar's Broadcast clients and internal stakeholders with their day-to-day needs.
As a Technical Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Sportradar clients can effectively use and derive value from Sportradar's broadcast products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical consultation and solutions advocacy during the sales process
- Assisting with the technical aspects of product set-up, particularly with curated integrations
- Troubleshooting, resolving, or triaging technical challenges
- Proactively monitoring client health metrics to spot potential problems
- Acting as a liaison between clients, support teams, and product teams
- Providing consultative recommendations on how clients can best utilize their current product offering
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience and understanding of the broadcast landscape
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge of media and broadcast industries' standard practices
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
