Floor Lead (Retail) (Part-time)

Mejuri is looking for a Floor Lead to join their store leadership team in Corte Madera, Marin County.

The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience
• Maximizing results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensuring positive customer experience and promoting services offerings
• Participating in inventory management, order fulfillment, and storage organization
• Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
• Building healthy relationships with team members and establishing a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Adaptable with excellent organization and analytical skills
• Critical thinking ability to identify potential challenges and develop action plans
• Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

The base pay range for this role is $24-$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
